Recently on December 10, various photos of ENHYPEN’s Jay together with a woman wearing a black leather jacket and skirt were spread, sparking dating rumors.
However, fans quickly debunked the speculations, pointing out that there were previously photos of Jay openly walking around and eating at a restaurant with a person seeming to be the same lady. In addition, the male idol met this woman multiple times right near his company, likely proving that he has nothing to hide.
As a result, fans concluded that the woman in question is none other than Jay’s mother, who has been seen eating and shopping with him on multiple occasions.
“There’s no way he’d go on a date with his girlfriend right by the HYBE building”, a fan argued, while others called to protect the male idol’s privacy.
On the other hand, rumors of Jay’s groupmate, Jungwon, being in a relationship with aespa’s Winter also emerged on the same day. While ENHYPEN’s agency has refuted the dating news with Winter, there have been no official comments regarding Jay’s dating rumors.
At the same time, due to the two dating rumors surfacing around the same time, fans have expressed suspicions that there may have been foul play to attack ENHYPEN.
